The Candlekeep Compendium Volume II is out now. It's a free download of Forgotten Realms lore put together by fans. My artwork features on pages 9 and 10. Just standard-issue NPC drawings, really. Haven't done any in a while. It was fun to have a reason.

But the truth is, most of my industry "successes" are with artwork, and that's not my goal at all. That's just versatility.
If you Google my name, you'll find my Elfwood page, this Candlekeep Compendium, and then the Goblin Tails anthology. At least *that* one has my writing in it...and writing I'm rather happy with, too, especially considering it's a year old now.
As for the compendium...yeah, I know. They wanted more artwork. I think they were a bit desperate when they contacted me, and hoped I'd do more for them. But I barely had the time for these!

The Page 10 picture has an interesting "googly eye" effect that makes me think the guy is nutso. I mean, it's no skeleton arm, that's for sure, but it's still amusing.
I think when anything gets published in any fashion, it's cool!
Heh. Read the description of that guy, Josh. I was only illustrating the way it was written! "Pop-eyed," I believe, was the term.
